Treadmill Training
Second day of training.
I was abit shag due to yesterday training.
So i did push myself and improved.

2.22km in 30 mins of treadmill walking.
Increase of 0.11km.
2 sets of 10 push ups.
(Increase of 5 push ups)
Lastly 30 crunches.
Still maintain.
