How to receive notifications/alerts from HDB?

People always wonder how will they received notifications or alerts from Housing & Development Board (HDB).
Most common reasons are to be aware of upcoming sale launches such as Build-To-Order (BTO), Sales of Balance Flats (SBF) and open booking of flats. 
There are some who also wish to be updated of any new changes in policy or procedures. 

There are three methods of receiving alerts/notifications from HDB:

1. via SMS
2. via email
3. via Telegram

For SMS/Email/Both

You may subscribe using HDB eAlert Service where they will informed you on the upcoming sales launches, changes to procedures or policy either via SMS/email/both notifications. 

Step 1: Click On "New Subscription"

Step 2: Tick Accordingly To SMS/Email/Both & Select Your Choice.

Step 3: Fill Up Your Contact Information

Step 4: Check Details & Click Confirm

Step 5: You will Receive An Email To Activate

Step 6: Check Your Email Inbox & Click The Link To Activate

Step 7: You have successfully activated your HDB eAlert subscription.

For Those Who Opted SMS Only. You Will Need To Reply EALERT SUB To The Relevant Number.

It Will Take Some Time To Be Activated & You Will Received SMS Indicating Successfully Activated.

You just need to download an app called "Telegram" from your PlayStore or Apple Store.

Step 1: Open The Telegram App & Search For @SingaporeHDB

Step 2: Click Join
