Ramadhan is over and now Hari Raya just began this week.
Earlier post I mentioned that I gained weight during my fasting month + I was too lazy to go out training.
Kena nagged by my own buddy.
So... now no more excuses and start training.
Need to learn to be discipline with my training regardless of challenges ahead of you.
Pyramid Pull Ups Training:
5 Pull Ups
4 Pull Ups
3 Pull Ups
2 Pull Ups
1 Pull Up
3 sets of 10 Arm Curls of 25KG
3 sets of 20 crunches
3 sets of 20 counts of 4 foot-to-foot crunches
2 sets of 1 minute planking
