Shall start slow again. I've not been training much during the month of Ramadhan. Slack off + too lazy to train. I realise that I'm not discipline enough. Wake up early at 4.30am to sahur then go to work then go back home sleep early again before break fast. Gosh. 😅
rice in the morning + rice at night. Jialat.
Gonna force myself to start the engine again. Shall take this as a very very light training before breaking fast at 7.14pm.

2 sets of 20 counts of 4 foot-to-foot crunches
