I did not run better than last Wednesday.
I got calf cramp while running on treadmill for 10 mins.

Treadmill run improved.
Previous distance was 3.42km.
Now is 3.66km.
A pyramid pull ups consist of 5,4,3,2,1.
3 sets of 10 biceps curls.
